Account Supervisor, Digital Marketing

Full-Time | Hybrid | Montreal, QC

We’re partnering with a boutique, integrated digital agency in Montreal to find an experienced Account Supervisor who can combine senior-level client leadership with deep digital marketing expertise.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to grow client relationships, provide strategic counsel and identify opportunities to expand an agency’s services within existing accounts. You’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, lead a small team of digital advisors and work closely with specialists across SEO, paid media, social, web and other digital disciplines.

Client Leadership & Growth

You’ll own and develop a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor rather than simply managing deliverables. You’ll identify opportunities, recommend solutions based on clients’ business and marketing objectives, lead onboarding, navigate challenging client situations and play an active role in renewals and account retention.

Digital Strategy & Advisory

You’ll bring strong digital marketing knowledge to client conversations and be comfortable discussing and recommending services across areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, websites and broader digital strategy. You’ll lead strategic presentations, business reviews, proactive recommendations and discussions around new products and services.

Account & Delivery Oversight

Working closely with strategists and channel specialists, you’ll ensure client mandates are delivered to a high standard, on time and against agreed objectives. You’ll monitor account health, identify over- and under-performing accounts, anticipate risks and collaborate with internal teams on recommendations to improve results.

Reporting & Performance

You’ll analyze campaign and account performance and translate results into clear, commercially relevant client conversations. This includes presenting monthly reports, annual reviews and strategic recommendations while helping clients understand both results and future opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced agency professional who is equally comfortable talking strategy with a client, identifying commercial opportunities and coaching a team.

Fluency in both French and English is required
Previous digital marketing agency experience is required
Strong, hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, with the credibility to advise clients and confidently sell, upsell and cross-sell digital services
Experience managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media/advertising, social media and website/digital projects
Demonstrated success identifying client needs and translating them into strategic recommendations and additional services
Experience with client retention, renewals and account growth
People management, mentorship or team leadership experience
Strong presentation skills and confidence leading senior client conversations
Commercial mindset combined with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, entrepreneurial boutique-agency environment
