Start Date: Early December 2026
About the Opportunity
Creative Niche is partnering with a global technology company to find a Digital Content & SharePoint Manager for a 12-month contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of digital communications - managing platforms, coordinating content, keeping projects on track, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll play an important role in supporting the company's internal communications channels, with a strong focus on SharePoint intranet management, content publishing, and digital content operations.
We're looking for someone who is organized, technically savvy, comfortable working across teams, and enjoys bringing structure to multiple moving pieces.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and maintain the company's SharePoint intranet, including updating pages, publishing content, managing assets, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the development and launch of internal communications pages, including employee events, company announcements, town halls, and other initiatives.
- Work closely with Communications, Brand, Creative, and IT teams to gather assets, manage timelines, and ensure content is published on schedule.
- Maintain content calendars, publishing schedules, and workflows across internal communications channels.
- Coordinate and schedule employee email communications using platforms such as Staffbase.
- Schedule social media content using tools such as Sprout Social, ensuring posts are published accurately and on time.
- Ensure digital content and assets follow established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
- Monitor content performance, including intranet traffic, email engagement, and social media metrics.
- Maintain and refine existing reporting dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve content publishing workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in digital content management, SharePoint administration, intranet management, content operations, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on SharePoint experience is essential, particularly managing and publishing content within an intranet environment.
- Experience coordinating digital content workflows, managing publishing calendars, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems, digital publishing tools, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with employee communications platforms such as Staffbase or similar tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social is an asset.
- Comfortable working with analytics and reporting dashboards to track content performance.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Why This Opportunity?
You'll join a collaborative communications team at a well-established global technology company, supporting initiatives that reach employees across the organization.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of digital content operations, work across a variety of internal channels, and contribute to improving how information is delivered and experienced by employees.
