You’re a friendly, service-driven team player who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You have previous customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset), and any background in Front Office or Food & Beverage would be a bonus. You’re comfortable using basic computer programs like Word and Excel, and experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is a plus.
You’re at least 18 years old, able to lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs, and communicate clearly in English (bilingualism is an asset). You’re flexible to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. You either have - or are willing to obtain within 30 days of hire - Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist hotel guests at the front desk while helping create memorable guest experiences. Support the Gallery Host team and provide friendly, service-driven assistance across guest-facing operations.
Requirements
Applicants should have customer service experience; hotel experience is an asset, and Front Office or Food and Beverage experience is a bonus. Candidates must be at least 18, communicate clearly in English, be able to move items up to 20 lbs, work AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays, and hold or obtain Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications within 30 days of hire.
