What You’ll Do

  • Night Audit: Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit reports, and preparing daily revenue reports.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
  • Safety & Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during the night shift.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel operations or night audit is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately perform night audit functions and maintain records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
