Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day
- Respond courteously to all guest questions, complaints, or requests, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with department heads to understand maintenance needs and respond to internal requests promptly.
- Perform snow removal around the hotel property, including walkways and driveways, using shovels, salt, and other non-slip materials.
- Maintain the exterior "curb appeal" by sweeping, removing garbage, and placing temporary barricades as needed.
- Ensure that all areas are clear and safe, using wet floor signage and other safety measures as required.
- Assist with internal maintenance tasks or preventative maintenance as directed.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
- Customer-Focused Individuals: You should be approachable, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a positive guest and associate experience.
- Self-Starter: Possess a proactive, even-tempered disposition with the ability to identify potential safety hazards and act accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Team Player: Willing to collaborate, lead by example, and assist co-workers when needed.
- Adaptability & Work Habits: Be adaptable to changes in tasks and procedures while maintaining punctuality, proper grooming, and safety compliance.
- Physical Stamina & Safety Awareness: Able to work outdoors in winter conditions, adhere to safety regulations, wear appropriate safety gear, and take rest breaks as needed.
