Original job description
Every file on my desk is someone's future.
A spouse waiting to be reunited. A worker one nomination away from permanent residence. An employer who can't fill a critical role without an LMIA.
I'm looking for someone who feels the weight of that, and the privilege of it. 👇
Crossbridge Immigration is hiring a full-time Immigration Case Manager in Mississauga. 🇨🇦
What you'll do:
🔹 Manage files end to end: OINP and other PNPs, LMIA, and spousal/family sponsorships
🔹 Assess eligibility and build case strategies tailored to each client
🔹 Be the steady, clear voice clients rely on throughout their process
🔹 Track deadlines and review IRCC and provincial correspondence
🔹 Keep every file organized, accurate, and audit-ready
🔹 Adjust strategy when policies or client circumstances change
What you'll bring:
✅ 2+ years managing Canadian immigration files (consultancy or law firm preferred)
✅ Strong working knowledge of OINP, PNPs, LMIA, and family sponsorship
✅ The organization to handle a busy caseload without losing the details
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and client care
What you'll get:
You'll work alongside an RCIC-led team that values your judgment, not just your output. Expect real mentorship, room to grow, and work that changes lives every single day.
