Step Into a Career Unlike Any Other

Some industries follow predictable paths. Insolvency and restructuring does not.

Every engagement presents a new challenge, a new business, a new set of stakeholders, and an opportunity to help organizations, lenders, employees, and entrepreneurs navigate some of the most critical moments in their journey.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Insolvency & Restructuring team in Vancouver.

This is more than a technical role. It is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, a problem solver, a leader, and a key contributor within one of the most dynamic and intellectually stimulating areas of professional services.

If you are energized by complex situations, strategic thinking, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to make a real impact, this could be the next step in your career.

The Role

As a Manager in our Insolvency & Restructuring practice, no two weeks will ever look the same.

You may find yourself:

Advising lenders on distressed borrower situations
Helping business owners navigate financial challenges
Managing corporate bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, and restructuring mandates
Working alongside lawyers, bankers, investors, and senior executives
Investigating financial matters and uncovering critical insights
Leading client engagements from planning through execution
Mentoring and developing the next generation of professionals
Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

This role provides exposure to a unique combination of:

Finance
Accounting
Forensic Accounting
Law
Strategy
Negotiation
Leadership
Business development

Few careers offer such a broad range of experiences while creating meaningful outcomes for stakeholders.

As Manager, you will:

Lead a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring engagements
Manage engagement teams and oversee file execution
Review analyses, reports, and court materials
Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships
Work directly with lenders, legal counsel, business owners, and other stakeholders
Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic solutions in complex situations
Coach and mentor staff and senior team members
Support practice growth through business development initiatives
Contribute to the continued success and reputation of our Insolvency & Restructuring practice

What You Will Bring

We are interested in individuals who combine strong technical skills with curiosity, leadership, and a desire to make an impact.

Ideal candidates will possess:

CPA designation
Desire to pursue the CIRP & LIT designations (no prior insolvency experience is needed)
Progressive experience accounting, advisory, audit, or related professional services
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated leadership potential
A client-focused and entrepreneurial mindset

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to grow.

Why Join Our Team?

Our Insolvency & Restructuring practice is involved in some of the most interesting and challenging assignments in the marketplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

Work directly with partners and senior decision-makers
Gain exposure to complex and high-profile files
Build meaningful relationships within the legal and lending communities
Develop leadership and business development skills
Advance your career in a growing and highly respected practice
Make a tangible difference for businesses and stakeholders facing critical situations

This is an opportunity to build a career that is both professionally rewarding and intellectually stimulating.

What We Offer

Salary range between $85,000-$130,000 (based on experience)
Bonus eligibility
Paid vacation
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Extended health and dental benefits
RRSP Matching Program
Health and Wellness Allowance
Help in developing your personal brand and practice
Continuous hands-on mentoring
Annual conferences
Paid volunteer programs and volunteer opportunities

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and explore one of the most fascinating areas of professional services, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your application by October 15th, 2026.

Join us in helping businesses navigate challenges, discover solutions, and create successful outcomes when they matter most.
