We’re looking for a Service Advisor, to join our Crown Honda location who is passionate about customer care, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. With a recently expanded service shop and a rapidly growing customer base, this is the perfect time to join one of Manitoba’s fastest-growing dealership groups.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for customers throughout their vehicle service experience. After a thorough 90‑day onboarding program, you will:

Warmly welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive
Perform walkarounds and review vehicle history, open recalls, and maintenance needs
Listen attentively to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
Use multiple computer systems to create accurate estimates and service recommendations
Keep customers updated via text, phone, and email
Review completed work, explain charges, and book future maintenance appointments
Follow up to build strong relationships and repeat business

What You Bring

1–3 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate manual transmissions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Genuine customer service mindset and active listening skills
A collaborative, motivated attitude aligned with our CARMA Values
Additional languages are an asset
