CSG Talent is partnering with a company that is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to lead multiple projects with a focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award through to final completion and closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, labour requirements, materials and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily activities with site supervisors, foremen, suppliers and clients.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Manage procurement of roofing materials and coordinate deliveries to site.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, track budgets and identify potential cost overruns.
• Prepare and manage change orders, progress billings and project reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues and maintain project standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally within the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
