This role requires leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach - you’ll be out there alongside your crew, setting the pace and ensuring the job gets done efficiently and safely.
It won’t always be glamorous. There will be early mornings, long hours, and the occasional “why am I awake right now?” moment. But you’ll lead a team that has your back, celebrates wins together, and finds the humour in even the snowiest of days.
To Apply, You Should Have the Following
Minimum valid G license
Reliable transportation to and from job sites (we are not accessible by public transit)
Open availability for on-call work (snow falls when it wants, often at night)
Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
Access to a mobile phone for communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency
Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs or more
