Snow Removal / Snow Labourer
Earn $30-40/hr
What to Expect
- You can earn up to $40 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.
- You will be working when there is snow in the weather forecast
If you like working outdoors, aren’t afraid of a little cold weather and a lot of hard work, this is the position for you! The reality is that it won’t always be easy; with long hours and undesirable weather conditions, the snow season can be tough. You will be working with a team of passionate and dedicated team members who will support you in a challenging yet rewarding job. Our Snow Removal Team is essential to keeping our communities safe. The start date for this position is November 15th, 2026
To apply, you should have the following:
- G license and clean drivers abstract required
- Experience operating a snowplow
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site required as we are not accessible by public transit
- Open availability for on-call work. Snow likes to fall at night – hours may be very late or very early, depends how you look at it
- The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Must have access to a mobile phone
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Physically fit – ability to lift 50lbs or more

Responsibilities
Operate snowplow equipment and perform snow and ice removal to help keep communities safe. Work on-call during snow events, including overnight or early-morning shifts, and contribute independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Applicants must have a valid G driver's license, a clean driving abstract, snowplow operating experience, and reliable transportation to the job site. They must be available for on-call work and long hours, have access to a mobile phone, be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more, and work safely and efficiently.
