Looking for a way to earn great money this winter without committing to a full-time job? Join The CSL Group as a Snow Removal Tractor Operator!
Operate a large, agricultural-style tractor to help keep properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. This is a great opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible, seasonal work with excellent earning potential.
Please note: This is part-time, on-call work. There are no guaranteed hours, and work is dependent on snowfall and weather conditions.
What to ExpectEarn $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.
Work when snow is in the forecast and winter operations are required.
Operate a large tractor for snow-clearing operations.

Start Date: November 14, 2026
What You'll NeedValid G driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
Experience operating a snowplow or similar equipment.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site, as public transit is not available.
Open availability for on-call work, including overnight and early morning shifts.
Willingness to work extended hours during heavy snowfall.
Access to a mobile phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and efficient work.
Physical fitness, including the ability to lift 50 lbs or more when required.
