Snow Removal Tractor Operator

Earn $30–$40/hr | Part-Time, On-Call | Seasonal

Looking for a way to earn great money this winter without committing to a full-time job? Join The CSL Group as a Snow Removal Tractor Operator!

Operate a large, agricultural-style tractor to help keep properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. This is a great opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible, seasonal work with excellent earning potential.

Please note: This is part-time, on-call work. There are no guaranteed hours, and work is dependent on snowfall and weather conditions.

What to Expect

Earn $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.
Work when snow is in the forecast and winter operations are required.
Operate a large tractor for snow-clearing operations.
Enjoy the opportunity to earn extra income without a full-time commitment.
Work alongside a dedicated team helping keep our communities safe.

Snow removal isn't always easy. Shifts can be long, overnight, or in the early morning, and winter weather can be challenging. If you're dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to help when the snow falls, we'd love to hear from you!

Start Date: November 14, 2026

What You'll Need

Valid G driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
Experience operating a snowplow or similar equipment.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site, as public transit is not available.
Open availability for on-call work, including overnight and early morning shifts.
Willingness to work extended hours during heavy snowfall.
Access to a mobile phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and efficient work.
Physical fitness, including the ability to lift 50 lbs or more when required.
