Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's technology runs smoothly and efficiently. He shall be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining client IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Microsoft Office 365 Setup & Configuration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Management & Administration)
Advanced knowledge on SharePoint Administration & Designing
Advance Knowledge of Servers, backup & Storage
Advanced knowledge on Firewalls & Network Switches
Advanced knowledge of Windows Client's OS / PCs ? Laptops
IP PABX Configuration & Management
Video Conferencing Devices Management
Wireless & Routers Microsoft Office & other Software
User Support Experience
