- Our dayshift runs from 6:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 630am – 10:30am Friday.
- Our afternoon shift runs from 5pm to 4am Monday – Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Produce good quality welds according to customer specifications and weld drawings.
- Occasionally will need to lift up to 50lbs.
- Will need to be able to stand for up to ten and a half hours per shift.
- Read and interpret blue prints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience MIG welding.
- TIG welding experience is an asset.
- Fitting experience considered an asset.
- Stainless steel and aluminum welding experience is valuable.
- Robotic welder operation is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and take pride in your work.
- Past CWB certification considered an asset.
- Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
Compensation
- Starting wages are based on skill & experience determined after a weld test has been completed ($20.75 – $31.97).
- 2 x 15 min breaks paid.
- ½ hour lunch unpaid.
- Time and ½ paid after 44 hours.
- Performance bonus points for quality and dedication.
