About this job:
Single point of accountability for Customertimes' delivery of a Salesforce patient scheduling and notification solution for a national specialty infusion clinic network. Fixed-fee engagement, milestone-gated payments, brownfield Field Service org, patient health information in scope.

The client provides the Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and QA, and executes SIT and UAT. You own everything Customertimes delivers into that structure - which means influencing a delivery process you do not control while remaining accountable for the outcome.

Location: Hybrid - 2-3x a week at the office at 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5N 5P9

Project manager team: 1 Solution Architect (onshore), 1 Senior Developer, 2 Mid Developers, and 1 Consultant (offshore)

How you'll make an impact:
· Own end-to-end delivery of CT scope against the approved baseline; act as the primary CT delivery contact and second-tier escalation point;
· Allocate work with the Solution Architect against sprint points, in collaboration with the client's Scrum Master;
· Monitor offshore velocity and throughput; manage capacity, dependencies, and spillover so sprint commitments hold without schedule impact;
· Own change control. Assess, document, and price every requirement that falls outside the signed baseline. This is the most important responsibility in the role;
· Run the governance cadence: daily standup, bi-weekly planning and demo, weekly status and RAID, monthly steering committee, and daily hypercare reviews;
· Own deployment, cutover, rollback, and go-live readiness planning with the Solution Architect, using Gearset and GitHub;
· Coordinate CT support of client-executed SIT and UAT; own defect triage and resolution through to exit criteria;
· Manage client-side dependencies on the critical path - messaging platform provisioning, privacy and InfoSec review, environment access, and open design decisions;
· Deliver four weeks of hypercare including daily reporting, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and project closure.

What makes you a great fit:
· 8+ years delivery or program management, including 4+ leading Salesforce implementations end to end;
· Demonstrable track record on fixed-price, milestone-based engagements, with real examples of change requests raised and defended;
· Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams across a significant time zone gap;
· Salesforce Field Service or Scheduler delivery experience in an existing, customized org - not greenfield;
· Regulated-industry delivery with PII or PHI: healthcare, life sciences, or financial services;
· Comfortable operating where the client owns Scrum Master, BA, and QA functions;
· Salesforce Administrator certification; PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or CSM.

Preferred:
· Canadian healthcare privacy experience - PHIPA, PIPEDA, Privacy Impact Assessment process;
· Bilingual EN/FR delivery, including Quebec stakeholder engagement;
· Gearset;
· French language capability.
