About Us:
CVS Studios is a comprehensive exhibit house in the trade show and experiential marketing industry. We take pride in our capacity to design, build, ship, install, and dismantle compelling visual displays and interactive exhibits that capture the imagination and engage audiences.
Our journey with each client begins with a bespoke design, carefully crafted to reflect their brand and message. From there, our adept production team brings these designs to life, building everything in-house with a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. Once constructed, we manage the logistics of shipping to event locations nationwide, ensuring timely, safe delivery as well as installation, taking care of dismantling as well as storage of client assets.
With our head office and manufacturing facility in Oakville, we are a tight-knit group of creative professionals, including talented render artists, innovative graphic designers, strategic account managers, and a robust production crew. We are committed to excellence, driven by a passion for delivering turnkey solutions that make every exhibit and event memorable.

CVS Studios is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Graphics Coordinator to join our full-service design and build team in Oakville, Ontario.
The Graphics Coordinator plays a vital role bridging the gap between creative design, large-format print production, and onsite installation. This position manages the graphic asset lifecycle to ensure all exhibition components are prepared, proofed, printed, and delivered accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Asset Management
- Act as the primary liaison between experiential designers, project managers, and the print production shop and our graphic vendors to track graphic deliverables.
- External coordination of fabric prints
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including high-resolution client artwork, design briefs, and final print-ready files.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate high-volume graphics schedules to ensure zero downtime during build phases.
2. Pre-Press & Quality Control
- Review incoming client artwork for proper resolution, bleed, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone matching), and correct scaling for large-format applications.
- Generate electronic artwork approvals and visual proofs for client sign-off.
- Preflight files and prepare complex dielines, cut paths, and material layouts for CNC operation and wide-format printing systems.
3. Production Support & Logistics
- Coordinate with the internal print department regarding inventory needs (substrates, vinyl, specialized fabric media).
- Quality-check printed graphics for color accuracy, tracking defects before final finishing.
- Label, pack, and prepare all finished graphic components for secure shipment and transit to event and trade show venues.
- Occasionally assist on-site graphic production teams with printing vinyl and application.
Qualifications & Skills

Work Environment & Culture
- Fast-Paced & Solution-Driven: Exhibit deadlines match global trade show schedules, requiring a dedicated, solution-focused work ethic.
