Configure and troubleshoot PingFederate IdP/SP connections, authentication adapters, policies, and integrations.
Support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
Investigate authentication failures, token issues, certificate errors, and federation outages.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Perform platform upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and system health monitoring.
Collaborate with IAM, security, and infrastructure teams to improve platform performance and reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and support disaster recovery and change management activities.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in IT application support, IAM, or enterprise authentication.
Strong hands-on PingFederate administration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
Solid knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise SSO.
Experience with PingFederate federation connections, authentication policies, and application integrations.
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Strong production support, incident management, and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
Experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, or PingOne.
