Your work will focus on the physical integration of electrical wiring interconnection systems, including 3D harness definition, components, supports, interfaces, and installation compliance.

What are your contributions to the team?

Provide technical solutions for design, manufacturing, supplier, test, and in-service issues, including root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
Manage design changes, assess technical, cost, schedule, weight, and risk impacts, and maintain configuration data in the applicable PLM environment.

Level-specific contribution

Serve as a discipline technical authority for the most complex or high-impact integration matters.
Shape architecture and design strategy, resolve cross-program technical risks, and provide authoritative recommendations to leadership.
Develop organizational capability through governance, standards, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and external technical alignment.
