Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation.
- Lead sprint planning and stand ups to facilitate entire project lifecycle from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action.
- Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Define and drive mitigation plans.
- Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives.
- Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedure including proper Project Governance and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors.
- Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project.
- Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes.
- Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, and project status.
- Work closely with all functions including Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing co-ordination, implementation plan preparation and oversight.
- Demonstrate good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact.
- Exercise appropriate autonomy in the execution and delivery of work.
- Drive outcomes which have meaningful effect on the team or department.
- Act in a leadership capacity for assigned projects.
- Build relationships with a mix of colleagues and clients.
