🚀 We're Hiring: Process Engineer | Mississauga, ON

💰 Salary: $90K – $100K
🏢 100% in office | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

🔧 What you'll do:
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce costs and boost efficiency
- Build a corporate automation plan aligned with the manufacturing strategy
- Use data tracking and KPIs to spot opportunities and measure results
- Spec out automation solutions (in-house, procured, or hybrid) and work with vendors on design
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance on validation, training, PM plans, and critical spares
- Integrate new equipment and processes with the ERP system
- Manage projects end to end: scope, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Track costs for SR&ED-eligible projects
🎓 What you bring:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- SolidWorks / CAD experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Nice to have: PLC programming and experience with metal products
