Responsibilities
The technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and Energy Management Control Systems in accordance with industry standards and building codes. Key duties include diagnosing system failures, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with supervisors and other trades to complete work orders.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least two years of technical training in a related trade, and four years of experience in building controls and HVAC maintenance. Required certifications include HVAC Technician, EPA Freon Capture and Recovery, and a valid driver's license.
