Original job description

Dana is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Job Purpose

Do you want to contribute to the development of transport electrification?

Dana, previously known as TM4, is a global leader in the design and manufacture of highly efficient propulsion and energy‑management solutions that power vehicles and machines across all mobility markets. The company is shaping sustainable progress through its conventional and clean‑energy solutions, supporting nearly every vehicle manufacturer with drive and motion systems; electrodynamic technologies, including motors, inverters, software, and controls; and advanced thermal, sealing, and digital solutions.

Based in Maumee, Ohio, USA, Dana reported approximately $10.3 billion in sales in 2024 and continued to execute a transformation strategy focused on improving efficiency, profitability, and long term growth. In 2025, the company delivered ~$7.5 billion in sales, reflecting portfolio changes including the divestiture of its Off Highway business to create a more streamlined organization. Dana now employs approximately 26,900 people globally, reflecting a more focused operating footprint aligned with its strategic priorities.

Founded in 1904, Dana continues to earn global recognition for its workplace culture and sustainability leadership. The company was named a “Global Top Employer 2025” across 25 countries and recognized among “America’s Most Responsible Companies 2025” as well as the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” by Ethisphere.
