Mission
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the OPEX Manager leads the consolidation, forecasting and performance analysis of Advertising and Promotion and overhead expenses. This role acts as a strategic Finance partner to budget owners, HR and Marketing stakeholders, supporting sound decisions, resource allocation and cost-efficiency initiatives.
This role is based in Boucherville (QC) or Toronto (ON), hybrid.

Mission

Responsibilities
- Consolidation and reporting Lead month-end consolidation and analysis for Advertising and Promotion and overhead expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Forecasting and financial governance Review and challenge forecasts, provide final sign-off for Advertising and Promotion and overhead projections, and coordinate forecast submissions and data loading.
- Business partnering and workforce planning Partner with HR business partners and functional leaders to review headcount evolution, workforce plans, departmental budgets and resource-allocation decisions.
- Cost performance and controls Lead overhead performance reviews with budget owners, monitor action plans, identify productivity opportunities and oversee key accruals and financial entries.
- Strategic support and cross-functional initiatives Own the Advertising and Promotion validation process with Marketing stakeholders, oversee cross-functional operating-expense monitoring and support strategic investment-effectiveness projects.

About You
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a related Finance role.
- Strong analytical judgment, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- CPA designation or another relevant professional certification.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or SAP.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Experience with overhead, operating-expense or Advertising and Promotion management.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least three years of relevant FP&A or Finance experience are required. Strong analytical judgment, organization, and attention to detail are expected; CPA or another relevant certification, Excel and Power BI or SAP experience, French and English bilingualism, and relevant expense-management experience are assets.
