Role Description This full-time, on-site contract Graphic Designer role is based in Montréal (St-Laurent) to replace a maternity leave. In this role, your responsibilities are:
· Artwork production: create or modify existing packaging (various types)
· Composition product photos into lifestyle images using stock photography or Adobe AI tools.
· Photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop.
· Production of lookbooks & catalogues on InDesign.
· Illustrate and create technical designs of new products.
· Create packaging mock-ups for retails.
· Work with photographer to set-up product photography for packaging needs.
· Work on special projects as they come up.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design, ideally in packaging design.
· Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
· Bilingual (speaking and writing)
· Experience in retail an asset
· Video editing using Adobe suite an asset
· Must be detail oriented, creative, take initiative and be organized.
· Demonstrate ability to work independently under pressure, managing several artworks simultaneously.
· Energetic and passionate team player.
· Innovative thinker willing to challenge assumptions when required.
· Passionate, positive, ‘CAN DO’ attitude.

Responsibilities
Create and modify packaging artwork, compose product photos into lifestyle images, retouch photos, and produce lookbooks and catalogues. Illustrate new products, create retail packaging mock-ups, coordinate product photography with a photographer, and contribute to special projects.
Requirements
Applicants need at least two years of graphic design experience, ideally in packaging, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The role requires bilingual speaking and writing skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple projects; retail experience and Adobe video editing are assets.
