Backed by Blackstone, one of the world’s largest private equity firms, DarkVision’s team of Software, Mechanical, and Machine Learning Engineers and Data Analysts is rapidly expanding to meet the demand for the company’s current and upcoming products.
Our employees work on cutting-edge technologies that blend science with real-world applications. We invite you to join our team for the exciting journey ahead as we become the global leader in industrial imaging.
Your Job
DarkVision is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support the execution and delivery of DarkVision’s award winning industrial imaging technology. This role is focused on delivery execution, addressing customer follow‑up questions, and coordinating service quality objectives, enabling the Product Manager to focus on longer‑term planning, roadmap development, and team leadership.
This role works closely with Product, Data Analysis, Data Development & Ops, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer commitments are clearly scoped and prioritized appropriately. You’ll help coordinate and keep teams on track to deliver high-quality results on time. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up what goes into ensuring our products are high impact for our customers, while bringing highly dynamic and multifaceted diversity to your day-to-day tasks.
This role is on-site and is based out of DarkVision’s head office in North Vancouver, BC, where employees enjoy full access to our facility amenities including a well-equipped gym, squash court, climbing wall, steam room, private showers, and more.
Our Team
DarkVision develops the world's most advanced high-resolution ultrasonic technology for industrial asset inspection. We engineer, manufacture, and operate cutting edge hardware and software tools to deliver industry leading inspection insights that provide customers with the most detailed understanding of the condition and health of their assets. This is a great opportunity to join a world-class team that is revolutionizing how the energy industry manages the integrity of their critical assets and the safety of the environment they operate in.

Assist in the preparation of technical papers and marketing content in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as an execution bridge between Product, Data, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure customer requests and internal priorities remain aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support your PM: Help remove the day-to-day exposure for your Product Manager and ensure the product and services are efficiently delivering high-quality results for our customers from data analysis to customer integrity reports.
