- Coordinate the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts
- Process system-access and permission requests
- Coordinate IT requirements for new hires, transfers, and role changes
- Ensure access is removed promptly when employees leave the organization
- Maintain accurate records of user access and system changes
- Work closely with HR, managers, and IT team members
- Follow established security and access-control procedures
IT Tickets & Operational Support

- Support users with system, application, and access-related issues
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact
- Follow established workflows, approvals, and escalation procedures
- Maintain clear and complete ticket documentation

- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement
ERP & Business Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Plex ERP and other business applications
- Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues
- Perform authorized data updates and corrections
- Support users with ERP processes and workflows
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolution
- Participate in system testing and validation following updates
- Document recurring issues and solutions
- Support continuous improvement of ERP processes
Experience with Plex ERP is strongly preferred, although candidates with hands-on experience supporting Epicor, SAP, or another manufacturing ERP are also encouraged to apply.
Data Management & Reporting
- Extract, compile, validate, and organize information from business systems
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and validation
- Compare information across systems and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy before information is distributed
- Support internal reporting requirements across IT and other departments
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop checklists, workflows, and process documentation
- Document onboarding, offboarding, access-management, and ERP procedures
- Maintain application and system-support documentation
- Identify repetitive activities that can be standardized or automated
- Recommend improvements to existing workflows
- Maintain organized and auditable operational records
