Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints, quality escapes, and manufacturing nonconformances.
Perform structured root cause analysis using RCCA, 5-Why, PFMEA, and CAPA methodologies.
Develop, implement, and verify the effectiveness of permanent corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve process reliability, and prevent recurring quality issues.

Supplier Quality Management

Support supplier qualification, approval, and development activities.
Monitor supplier quality performance and key quality metrics.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and suppliers to address nonconforming materials and recurring quality concerns.
Support supplier corrective action requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
