The Intel Server Support is responsible for ensuring a secure and highly available Data Centre environment, monitoring systems for availability, capacity, and performance, providing backup and recovery services, and managing incidents and problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Computer Engineering / Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred.
ITIL Certification (Foundation, Service Manager)
Windows Server configuration and administration
Desired Experience
Azure Windows experience

Maintain a secure, highly available data centre environment by monitoring system availability, capacity, and performance. Provide backup and recovery services and manage incidents and problems.
Requirements
A degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, is preferred. ITIL certification and experience with Windows Server configuration and administration are listed, with Azure, Windows, and virtualization experience desired.
