- Participate in client meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Proactively identify challenges, investigate possible solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Support the preparation of proposals, estimates, and other client documentation.
- 2–5 years of experience in client services, account coordination, project coordination, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience interacting directly with external clients, preferably in a marketing agency or professional services environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, thoughtful, and practical responses.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Digital media experience is an asset, particularly familiarity with digital advertising campaigns, programmatic media, campaign reporting, or performance metrics.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare communications is an asset, but not required.
- Work with leading pharmaceutical companies on diverse marketing initiatives.
- Take meaningful ownership of client-facing projects.
- Join an established company with a collaborative, close-knit team.
- Hybrid work, flexible scheduling, and health and dental benefits.
