You will be expected to work onsite Monday to Friday in our Brampton site for the first 3 months. The role will transition to a hybrid role working a minimum of 2-3 days per week after the completion of a successful probation period.

Coordinate variable data and personalized print campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, testing, and production readiness
Create work-back schedules, oversee all aspects of production, and complete post-job analyses as needed
Monitor in-house inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support print and mail production
Act as the main contact for client and production issues: escalate to the appropriate department, lead resolution meetings, and prepare write-ups for Account Executives and clients
Interpret and create instructions for internal teams, perform quality control on all letter copy and print proofs, review audits, and coordinate data instructions and transfers
Establish and maintain quality control standards and checkpoints to ensure work meets customer specifications

Skills & Experiences

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, paired with 3-5 years of experience in direct mail, marketing production and account management
