Three Regional Openings

Candidates may be based in Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Bengaluru. Quota size, deal complexity, targets, and customer segments will vary by experience and band.

Responsibilities

Carry a quota against partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across JFrog (DevOps/DevSecOps), IBM (observability and AIOps), and ClickHouse (real-time analytics)
Build and defend value-based ROI, TCO, and payback business cases that translate platform differentiation into board-level outcomes
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees spanning CTO/CIO economic buyers, technical champions, operational influencers, and CISO/compliance gatekeepers
Translate middleware observability gaps, technology complexity debt, modernisation-without-disruption, and vendor implementation gaps into buyer-specific value narratives
Build relationships with OEM and channel-partner sales counterparts to drive co-sell motions
Position product licensing together with Dataeko's implementation, tuning, consulting, and ongoing-support services
Run full-cycle hunter-mode prospecting using CRM, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and similar tooling
Feed real win/loss signals back into Dataeko's ICP and battlecard refresh cycle

Required

Mid-level band: 6–9 years of relevant experience; senior band: 10–15 years
Enterprise IT infrastructure sales, pre-sales, services sales, or partner-channel experience
Experience handling quotas and selling products or solutions collaboratively with OEMs in a partner, reseller, or VAR environment
A record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise or B2B SaaS/infrastructure sales cycles
Ability to combine pre-sales/value engineering with quota-carrying hunting, services, or channel sales
Confidence engaging CTO, CIO, and CISO stakeholders and translating technical differentiation into business outcomes
Fluency with CRM and Sales Navigator; familiarity with prospecting platforms such as Gong, ZoomInfo, or Salesloft is valuable
Experience selling into BFSI, Fintech, Manufacturing, or Logistics/Supply Chain, ideally within $100M–$2B revenue accounts
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline; MBA is an advantage

Good to have

JFrog or adjacent DevOps/DevSecOps and software supply-chain platforms such as Sonatype, GitLab, GitHub Advanced Security, or Snyk
IBM or adjacent observability/AIOps and hybrid-cloud platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, ServiceNow ITOM, Red Hat OpenShift, or WebSphere/MQ
ClickHouse or adjacent real-time analytics and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Druid, Kafka, Postgres, or dbt
Infrastructure-services sales experience across managed services, implementation, AMS, or professional services
Support-led experience in renewals or technical account management, or services-led experience involving delivery or project P&L
