Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Python + AWS)
Location: Ontario, Canada
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong Python programming and AWS cloud experience to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, cloud-based applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python-based test automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or Python-based libraries.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, defect tracking, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS, or DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of Boto3 and AWS SDKs for Python.
- Experience with Docker and cloud-based test execution.
- Familiarity with performance testing and test reporting tools.
