About the role

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual world of DAVIDsTEA across organic social. You’ll bring ideas to life through scroll stopping, culturally relevant and highly engaging content designed to strengthen our brand and connect with our community.

You’ll be hands on from concept to execution, creating polished, on brand assets across our social channels while ensuring every piece feels distinctly DAVIDsTEA and optimized for the platform and audience. You’ll collaborate closely with the social, marketing and creative teams to translate campaigns, product stories, cultural moments and trends into compelling visual experiences.

While organic social will be your primary focus, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to select digital and print projects, including campaigns, packaging and in store experiences.

Vous donnerez vie à vos idées à travers des contenus captivants, adaptés à la culture locale et hautement engageants, conçus pour renforcer notre marque et créer du lien avec notre communauté.

Vous serez impliqué(e) de bout en bout, de la conception à la réalisation, en créant des contenus soignés et fidèles à l’esprit de la marque sur l’ensemble de nos réseaux sociaux, tout en veillant à ce que chaque élément reflète clairement l’identité de DAVIDsTEA et soit optimisé pour la plateforme et le public visés. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes chargées des réseaux sociaux, du marketing et de la création afin de traduire les campagnes, les histoires de produits, les événements culturels et les tendances en expériences visuelles captivantes.

Bien que les réseaux sociaux organiques constituent votre principale mission, vous aurez également l’occasion de contribuer à certains projets numériques et imprimés, notamment des campagnes, des emballages et des expériences en magasin.

Responsabilités

Concevoir et produire un large éventail de ressources numériques, notamment du contenu social payant et organique, ainsi que des éléments d’interface utilisateur.
Créer des animations graphiques et monter des vidéos à l’aide d’After Effects pour donner vie aux campagnes.
Retoucher et éditer des photos destinées à être utilisées dans le cadre de campagnes et sur diverses plateformes numériques.
Collaborer avec les équipes pour produire des créations de haute qualité génératrices de résultats.
Adapter les concepts créatifs à plusieurs canaux tout en garantissant la cohérence et l’efficacité.
Préparer des fichiers prêts à la production pour une diffusion sur les plateformes numériques.

Exigences

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en design numérique, de préférence dans le secteur de la grande distribution, du e-commerce ou en agence.
Un portfolio solide présentant des campagnes numériques, des e-mails, des contenus pour les réseaux sociaux, du motion design et des travaux d’interface utilisateur.
Maîtrise d’Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Expérience en motion design, en animation et dans les processus de production.
Solides compétences en typographie, mise en page et narration visuelle.
Une expérience dans la conception et la production d'imprimés (emballages, signalétique en magasin ou supports PLV) est un atout.
Capacité à travailler rapidement, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les délais sans compromettre la qualité.
