Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting firm partnering with major financial institutions, investment firms, and government organizations. We provide experienced IT professionals to support enterprise technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
Business group: Canadian Banking Analytics – focused on targeted marketing campaign work, including building campaigns and supporting all targeted marketing initiatives within Canadian Banking. Responsibilities include pre-sizing and segmentation, delivery, post-campaign analysis
Location Address: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid: 3-4 days/week (days are flexible)
Contract Duration: 1 year contract
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Requirement gathering and support Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey
- Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers
- Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels
- Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement
- Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners
- Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
- Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email
Must Have skills:
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
2) 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
3) Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
- Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
- 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills
- Recent experience with Python
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with banking products
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Previous experience with Data bricks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
- Certified with Pega an asset

Requirements
Requires 5–7+ years of technical business analysis experience, at least 2 years of Pega CDH marketing campaign delivery experience, and experience with targeted campaigns and segmentation. Candidates should also have 4+ years working with large datasets and relational databases using advanced SQL, recent Python experience, and a relevant quantitative bachelor’s degree; Pega certification is an asset.
