About the opportunity

Dayforce is searching for an experienced, dependable, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to support two members of the leadership team in the Americas New Business sales organization.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior sales leaders and providing exceptional executive support, including managing dynamic calendars, planning internal meetings, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring the leaders are prepared for every commitment.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the leaders, managing executive time and readiness while coordinating the meetings, communications, travel, and logistics that keep the leadership cadence running smoothly.

Success requires excellent judgment, strong follow-through, and exceptional attention to detail. The right person will be calm under pressure, highly organized, confident working with senior leaders, and able to anticipate needs before they become urgent.

This role is an opportunity to work closely with Americas New Business leaders and be at the center of a high-performing sales organization. The person in this role will gain exposure to senior leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional planning while making a meaningful difference in how the leaders and team stay prepared, connected, and on track.

What you’ll get to do

Executive Support and Calendar Management

  • Manage complex calendars, balancing leadership rhythms, preparation time, travel, and competing priorities.
  • Triage and manage requests for executive time, resolve routine scheduling challenges independently, and surface tradeoffs with clear context and recommended options.
  • Anticipate upcoming meetings, decisions, travel, deadlines, and events so the leaders are prepared and ahead of commitments.
  • Coordinate attendees, agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, and follow-up requirements with business stakeholders and content owners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Support executive expenses, purchasing, and related administrative processes with accuracy and timely follow-through.

Travel and Administrative Support for Leaders

  • Coordinate travel, including detailed itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and executive logistics.
  • Prepare the leaders for travel and prospect-facing commitments by confirming schedules, materials, attendee details, and key logistics in advance.
  • Maintain organized files, contact lists, distribution lists, and shared resources so information is accessible and current.
  • Manage routine administrative needs with speed, accuracy, and a high level of service.

Meeting and Event Planning

  • Own the planning and logistics for leadership and team meetings.
  • Coordinate venues, meeting AV, catering, travel, rooming needs, and other details.
  • Develop and maintain attendee lists, meeting logistics, and related communications.

Skills and experience we value

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant, executive coordinator, or similar role within a fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities with sound judgment and minimal direction.
  • Strong experience planning leadership meetings, offsites, and internal events, including agendas, attendee communications, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve routine challenges, and maintain a high level of service in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including concise and polished executive-level writing.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and a calm, thoughtful approach when handling sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

What would make you stand out
