This initiative supports partnerships with community- and faith-based organizations to improve maternal health outcomes, increase access to supportive services, and address factors that contribute to maternal and infant health disparities. The Infant Mortality Initiatives Coordinator supports this community-wide commitment to improve material and infant health. This individual provides logistical support to the Manager in advancing infant mortality reduction initiatives, including preparation of materials, coordination of stakeholder communications, and tracking of initiative milestones. This individual is responsible for providing administrative support, project coordination and implementation, operational coordination and subject-matter expertise for infant mortality initiatives.
