GROW WITH US

Imagine a world where hotels are not just places to sleep, but vibrant living spaces accessible for just a few hours during the day. This is the vision we bring to life at Dayuse, the global leader in daytime hotel bookings.

Joining us means becoming part of an international, curious, and passionate team - where everyone can share ideas, make a real impact, and help transform the hotel experience.

Our culture is built on diversity, merit, humility, service excellence, and ambition - an environment where you can grow, learn, and take part in reshaping an entire industry.

Ready to write the next chapter with us?

ABOUT DAYUSE

Dayuse is the #1 global leader in daytime hotel bookings: 10,500+ partner hotels, 30 countries, €1B in business volume generated. We're an international Travel Tech scale-up - part marketplace, part OTA, part hospitality SaaS - and we're disrupting how the world's best hotels monetize their daytime capacity.

THE ROLE - HIGH-IMPACT ACQUISITION

This is a high-velocity outbound sales role for a relentless closer. We're looking for someone with the grit of a high-stakes broker: the persistence to navigate objections, the charisma to win over skeptical General Managers, and the discipline to maintain a clean pipeline through hundreds of touchpoints.

Your focus: the US market: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Washington DC, and beyond. Your job: convince 3, 4, and 5-star hotels to join Dayuse.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You'll join our Sales / Business Development team in Montréal - the spearhead of Dayuse's international expansion. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with other hunters, SDRs/BDRs, Account Managers, Sales Ops, and Marketing.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS

Aggressive outbound: 15+ qualified meetings per week through high-volume cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn / social selling, and multi-channel sequences. No coasting. No spray-and-pray. Disciplined, targeted, relentless.
Operational persuasion: Pitch the Dayuse value proposition to skeptical decision-makers - General Managers, VPs of Sales, Directors of Revenue, Owners, Asset Managers, Hotel Management Company (HMC) leadership. Prove the financial and operational case for daytime monetization.
Full-cycle B2B sales: Source → qualify → pitch → negotiate → close. Sign 5+ new 3/4/5-star hotel partners per week in your US territories.
Strategic projects: Lead targeted prospecting campaigns on urgent business opportunities, competitor whitespace, and untapped verticals (boutique groups, lifestyle brands, mid-market HMCs).
Pipeline ownership: Total accountability for your KPIs (activity, pipeline velocity, conversion, win rate, signed contracts). Clean HubSpot hygiene, accurate forecasts, no surprises.
Mid-market & HMC deals: Target and close local and mid-sized hotel management groups for multi-property contracts - the high-leverage wins.
Market intel: Monitor competitors, trends, and US hospitality news to sharpen your pitch and pipeline strategy.

YOUR GOALS FOR A SUCCESSFUL START

Month 1: Fully integrated. You've mastered the value prop, the playbook, the objections, and the toolstack (HubSpot, sequencing, dialer). First deals signed.
Month 3: Fully autonomous. Consistently 15+ qualified meetings/week and closing deals.
Month 6: Ramp-up done. 5+ signed contracts per week, every week. You're a key driver of our US growth story.

ABOUT YOU

Non-negotiables: fluent English, hunter mindset, proven outbound stamina.

Proven sales drive: 2+ years of high-volume outbound B2B sales - ideally in SaaS, Travel Tech, Hospitality Tech, OTA, marketplace, PropTech, AdTech, MarTech, fintech, e-commerce platforms, insurance, or any high-velocity outbound environment. Strong BDRs/SDRs ready to step up are very welcome.
Unstoppable resilience: You have the "thick skin" required for heavy cold-calling and the stamina to handle rejection without losing momentum. You don't need motivation. You need a target.
Persuasive communication: Natural rapport-building with strangers. You can run a discovery, handle objections, and close - with confidence and emotional intelligence.
Analytical grit: You use market data and pipeline metrics to sharpen your pitch and optimize your funnel. Numbers don't scare you - they guide you.
Languages: Fluent / bilingual / native English is mandatory. French is a plus but NOT required.
Education: Higher education - Business School, IAE, university (Master in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Economics, Management), Sciences Po, MBA, or equivalent. Results > diplomas.
Sales toolkit: Strong command of cold calling, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, closing.
Stack: HubSpot CRM is our core.
Logistics: Comfortable working across all US time zones, from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Culture fit: Plurality, Ambition, Merit, Humility, Service Excellence.

WHAT WE OFFER

Contract: Full-time, permanent position.
Flexibility: Hybrid work model (up to 2 days/week remote).
Compensation: A competitive package including a base salary and a variable UNCAPPED.
Benefits: A comprehensive healthcare plan.
Work Environment: Modern and collaborative offices at WeWork on Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal.
Culture & Team: A multicultural, dedicated, and supportive team that is passionate about our product and celebrates success together.
