Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Stittsville, ON, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and supporting the accounting and administrative needs of the business. This role includes managing correspondence, organizing documents and records, coordinating schedules and meetings, and maintaining office systems and supplies. The Office Manager will handle incoming calls and inquiries, provide customer service to clients and partners, and ensure the smooth use and maintenance of office equipment. Additional responsibilities include supporting accounting and invoicing processes, assisting with project documentation, and collaborating with leadership to improve administrative workflows and office procedures.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
An accounting background would be an asset and preferred

Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage records, schedules, and daily office workflows.
Candidates should possess practical experience with Office Equipment, including computers, printers, phones, and related office technology.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Relevant experience in office management, administration, or a similar role in construction or a related industry is beneficial.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic understanding of invoicing or bookkeeping processes is an asset.
Ability to work on-site full time in Ottawa, ON, and to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
