Original job description
- Communicates with customers through various channels including website and social media accounts
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaint
- Knows our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Reviews user comments and providing feedback to operation teams and marketing teams to help improve customer experience
- Reviews customer shared deals and recommending valuable content to post on website
- Operates company’s WeChat accounts to assist in promoting website content
- Manages for communication and delivery of prizes for user engaging sweepstakes
8.Reviews, and evaluates content to ensure all content is appropriate, accurate, up to date, and provides an excellent user experience.
9.Communicates and coordinates suitable content with other team members to serve and attract various audiences.
- Recommends and modifies content in a consistent manner of styles and layouts.
- Proofreads and corrects errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax.
- Works with Marketing and Business Development teams to devise and publish integrated promotional campaigns for various deals.
