Position Overview:

Role

We are looking for a Logistics Representative who will play a critical role in supporting our Channel Partners and/or Internal Stakeholders, drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness within Supply Operations, including:

Opportunity identification

Team Player

This is a role that will work with our amazing team including but not limited to our Account Managers, Dealer Development Managers, Channel Partners, Business Stakeholders and 3PL Warehouse(s) ensuring strong collaboration.

Role for Logistics Representative

Respond to Channel Partners and/or Internal Stakeholders on inventory related inquiries and/or issues; investigate, resolve and document when required
Process system transactions; order creation, RMA creation, serial number look-up, PO Conversions, order and/or return system fix requests, etc.); make required adjustments as required
Generate various system reports
Provide support on tasks related to: step by step process documentation, back up support, special requests, etc.
Performs other functions as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge

Strong understanding of the wireless business and/or operations
Customer Service experience required 3+ years
Experience in a Call Centre environment
SAP experience asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a continuous learning environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to Multi-task, work in fast-paced and demanding environment

Skills & Abilities

Proven analytical abilities – needs assessment, business case development, financial modeling, impact assessments, some knowledge of business intelligence skills and tools (ie: DOMO, tableau)
Proactive mindset to identify process improvement opportunities
Bilingualism (French/English) asset
Systematic approach to solving problems
Hyper-focused on delivering great customer experiences aligned to our outcomes
Adept at working in a highly-collaborative lean, agile environment
Well-versed in the interplay between business, technical and customer needs
Highly detail oriented, organized, and have exceptional analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented, yet able to stand back and appreciate the big picture
Sense of urgency and ability to drive issues to closure despite competing priorities from various stakeholders
Able to deal with ambiguity and complex issues and concepts

Requirements

Requires at least three years of customer service experience, including experience in a call center, and a strong understanding of wireless business or operations. Candidates should have strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; SAP experience and French-English bilingualism are assets.
