You possess strong communication skills, a knack for multi-tasking and are well-grounded to provide stability to team members. You will partner with healthcare providers to provide input for transformational initiatives such as streamlining the exchange of information from doctors to pharmacy or improving transparency in drug coverage for patients. You'll be part of a team that will lead the digital pharmacy industry.
What You’ll Do
- Manage patient communication channels
- Manage inbound prescription workflow
- Liaison with doctors and healthcare stakeholders
- Manage patient adherence through reminder tools and web applications
- Process prescriptions using TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software
- Actively work with other team members in the fulfillment of patient prescription needs
- Assist patients with provincial, private payor and out-of-pocket expenses
- Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong patient communication skills
- Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software
- Technologically savvy
- Strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- 1-3 years experience working in a pharmacy
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Any certifications or education related to the pharmacy industry
- Knowledge of compliance packaging used for medication adherence programs

Responsibilities
Manage patient communications, inbound prescriptions, prescription processing, and medication adherence using reminder tools and web applications. Coordinate with doctors, healthcare stakeholders, and team members to fulfill prescriptions, assist patients with drug expenses, and contribute insights to pharmacy initiatives.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent, strong patient communication, organization and problem-solving skills, technological proficiency, and a solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software are required. The posting asks for 1–3 years of pharmacy experience; bilingual English and French ability, pharmacy-related education or certifications, and compliance packaging knowledge are considered assets.
