Responsibilities
Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales goals. Represent the TELUS brand in the community through charitable events and outreach, while taking ownership of store operations and performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a confident, adaptable retail leader with strong communication, relationship-building, and team-development abilities. They are self-motivated, customer-focused, comfortable contacting customers by phone and text, and able to use customer relationship management software to track progress.
