Analyste Fonctionnel D365 F&O (Finance)

L'Analyste Fonctionnel sera responsable de traduire les besoins financiers en solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), de la conception au support, au sein d'une équipe TI d'envergure internationale.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Animer des ateliers d'analyse des besoins financiers

• Rédiger les analyses d'écarts (fit-gap) et la conception fonctionnelle

• Configurer le grand livre, les comptes fournisseurs et clients et les immobilisations

• Paramétrer la banque, les taxes, l'Electronic Reporting (ER) et l'intersociétés

• Définir et coordonner les tests, incluant les tests d'acceptation

• Soutenir les employés et résoudre les incidents dans un cadre ITSM

• Travailler au cœur d'une équipe TI d'environ 15 personnes

• Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Exflow et IDA

PROFIL

• 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Expertise approfondie du module Finance de D365 F&O

• Expérience en implantations de D365 F&O sur un cycle complet

• Maîtrise d'Exflow

• Bonnes connaissances des processus financiers et comptables

• Aisance à formaliser les besoins en cas d'utilisation et scénarios de test

• Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 (atout)

• Ouverture à voyager à l'international (environ 3 semaines par an)

• BAC en informatique, en comptabilité ou l'équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Anglais et Français)

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for translating finance requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions, from design to support, within an international IT team.

MORE PRECISELY

• Lead workshops with various teams to analyze finance requirements

• Write fit-gap analyses and functional design documents

• Configure general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets

• Set up banking, taxes, Electronic Reporting (ER) and intercompany accounting

• Define and coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing

• Support employees and resolve incidents within an ITSM framework

• Collaborate within an IT team of about 15 people

• Work in an environment based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Exflow and IDA

PROFILE

• 5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• In-depth expertise in the D365 F&O Finance module

• Experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations

• Proficiency in Exflow

• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes

• Ability to translate requirements into use cases and test scenarios

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (asset)

• Openness to international travel (about 3 weeks per year)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, accounting or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (English and French)
