We are currently looking for a Functional IT Analyst for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Analyze business needs and write functional specifications
- Produce analysis deliverables using a structured methodology
- Collaborate with development teams in an Agile framework
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of large-scale information systems
- Validate that delivered solutions meet stated needs
- Work in an environment based on Web applications in Agile mode
PROFILE
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT, including 3+ years in analysis
- Experience in functional analysis of Web applications
- Mastery of a structured methodology (Macroscope or equivalent)
- Experience in 2+ mandates of over 6 months using an Agile approach
- Comfortable leading workshops with users
- Analytical mindset, rigor and autonomy
- Experience in a large public organization (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- French required, English as an asset

- Analyser les besoins d'affaires et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles
- Produire les livrables d'analyse selon une méthodologie structurée
- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement dans un cadre Agile

- Valider la conformité des solutions livrées aux besoins exprimés
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur des applications Web en mode Agile
PROFIL
- 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle en TI, dont 3+ années en analyse
- Expérience en analyse fonctionnelle d'applications Web
- Maîtrise d'une méthodologie structurée (Macroscope ou l'équivalent)
- Expérience en 2+ mandats de plus de 6 mois en approche Agile
- Aisance à animer des ateliers avec les utilisateurs
- Sens analytique, rigueur et autonomie
- Expérience en organisation publique de grande envergure (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Français requis, Anglais étant un atout

Requirements

Candidates should have experience on at least two Agile engagements lasting over six months, be comfortable leading user workshops, and hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; French is required and English is an asset.
