We are currently looking for an IAM Analyst for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Process access requests for new hires, transfers and departures
- Apply role-based access controls (RBAC) to IT resources
- Resolve user access issues and manage special privileges
- Perform periodic access reviews and implement required adjustments
- Keep IAM procedures and documentation up to date
- Work in an IT environment based on Microsoft Entra ID
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM)
- Experience in user account provisioning
- Mastery of authentication and authorization concepts
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Rigour and attention to detail when processing requests
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification (asset)
- DEC in systems technology or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, English functional)

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Analyste GIA pour un contrat d’une durée de 24 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Traiter les demandes d'accès (arrivées, mutations et départs)
- Appliquer les contrôles d'accès basés sur les rôles (RBAC) aux ressources TI
- Résoudre les problèmes d'accès et gérer les privilèges spéciaux
- Effectuer les revues périodiques des accès et les ajustements requis
- Maintenir à jour les procédures et la documentation de GIA
- Œuvrer dans un environnement TI sur Microsoft Entra ID
PROFIL
- 5+ années d'expérience en gestion des identités et des accès (GIA)
- Expérience en provisionnement des comptes utilisateurs
- Maîtrise des concepts d'authentification et d'autorisation
- Bonnes connaissances en Microsoft Entra ID (anciennement Azure AD)
- Rigueur et souci du détail dans le traitement des demandes
