The Data Architect will be responsible for building data governance and evolving the architecture toward Microsoft Fabric and Azure, within a growing IT team in an international organization of several thousand employees.
MORE PRECISELY
- Design and evolve data models (conceptual, logical and physical)
- Implement the governance framework (quality, ownership, lifecycle)
- Lead the migration of on-premises data warehouses to Microsoft Fabric
- Migrate data to a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Support the Business Intelligence (BI) team in delivering its work
- Configure the Azure environment in collaboration with the infrastructure team
- Work in an environment based on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL
PROFILE
- 5+ years of professional experience in a business intelligence role
- Mastery of data modeling and SQL
- Experience implementing a data governance framework
- Expertise with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in data migration within an ERP context (asset)
- Knowledge of data catalog tools (asset)
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to various teams
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- English required, French as an asset

L'Architecte de Données sera responsable de bâtir la gouvernance des données et de faire évoluer l'architecture vers Microsoft Fabric et Azure, au sein d'une équipe TI en pleine expansion dans une organisation internationale de plusieurs milliers d'employés.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Faire évoluer la modélisation des données (conceptuelle, logique, physique)
- Mettre en place le cadre de gouvernance (qualité, propriété, cycle de vie)
- Piloter la migration des entrepôts de données sur site vers Microsoft Fabric
- Migrer les données vers un nouveau progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP)
- Soutenir l'équipe d'Intelligence d'Affaires (BI) dans la réalisation de ses livrables
- Configurer l'environnement Azure de concert avec l'équipe d'infrastructure
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI et SQL
PROFIL
- 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle d’intelligence d’affaires
- Maîtrise de la modélisation et de SQL
- Expérience en mise en place d'un cadre de gouvernance des données
- Expertise avec Microsoft Fabric
- Expérience en migration de données dans un contexte ERP (atout)
- Connaissance des outils de catalogue de données (atout)
- Aisance à vulgariser des concepts techniques auprès des différentes équipes
- Certification Microsoft en Fabric ou Azure (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Anglais requis, Français étant un atout
