The DevOps Team Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a team composed of DevOps engineers and Oracle/PostgreSQL DBAs.

- Lead the Platform Operations team and ensure overall performance
- Oversee AWS and on-premises environments in compliance with SLAs/KPIs
- Plan the platform roadmap and prioritize the operations backlog
- Automate and optimize deployments and processes with the Engineering team
- Continuously improve solutions, code quality, and system reliability
PROFILE
- 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- 3+ years as a Technical Lead and/or Team Lead
- Experience in AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and PostgreSQL language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingual (English required, functional French)

Le Chef d’Équipe DevOps sera responsable de diriger techniquement une équipe composée de DevOps et de DBA Oracle/PostgreSQL.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Diriger l’équipe des opérations de la plateforme et assurer sa performance
- Superviser les environnements infonuagiques AWS et sur site selon les SLA/KPI
- Planifier la feuille de route et prioriser le backlog des opérations
- Automatiser et optimiser les déploiements et processus avec l’équipe d’ingénierie
- Améliorer continuellement les solutions, la qualité du code et la fiabilité des systèmes
PROFIL
- 8+ années d’expérience en tant que DevOps
- 3+ années en tant que lead technique et/ou chef d’équipe
- Expérience en environnement AWS
- Bonne connaissance en Kubernetes et Terraform
- Connaissance des base de données Oracle et PostgreSQL
- BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français fonctionnel)
