The Program Manager will be responsible for defining and leading the multi-year roadmap of a large-scale digital transformation program spanning several IT initiatives.
MORE PRECISELY
- Define and adjust the roadmap based on strategic priorities
- Prioritize the project portfolio (dependencies, milestones and risks)
- Set up program governance and executive dashboards
- Oversee the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM replacement
- Manage budgets and track deliverables for each initiative
- Design the program's deployment and communication strategy
- Collaborate within a team of more than 10 people
- Work in an environment based on ERP and Customer Relationship Management
PROFILE
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT program management or complex project management
- Experience deploying an ERP or a CRM
- Expertise in organizational change management
- Ease communicating with senior management and executive committees
- Strategic vision and solid understanding of technical issues
- Experience in a matrix or multi-stakeholder environment (asset)
- Strong collaboration skills with external partners
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in management, administration or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)

Le Chef de Programme sera responsable de définir et de piloter la feuille de route multi-année d'un programme de transformation numérique d'envergure regroupant plusieurs initiatives TI.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
- Définir et ajuster la feuille de route selon les priorités stratégiques
- Prioriser le portefeuille de projets (dépendances, jalons et risques)
- Mettre en place la gouvernance et les tableaux de bord de direction
- Encadrer le remplacement du progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP) et du CRM
- Gérer les budgets et assurer le suivi des livrables de chaque parcours
- Concevoir la stratégie de déploiement et de communication du programme
- Travailler au cœur d'une équipe de plus de 10 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur ERP et gestion de la relation client (CRM)
PROFIL
- 5+ années d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de programme TI ou en gestion de projet complexe
- Expérience en déploiement d'un ERP ou d'un CRM
- Expertise en gestion du changement organisationnel
- Aisance à communiquer avec la haute direction et les comités exécutifs
- Vision stratégique et bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques
- Expérience en contexte matriciel ou multipartite (atout)
- Fort esprit de collaboration avec les partenaires externes
- Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) (atout)
- BAC en gestion, en administration ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
