We are currently looking for an ERP Finance Lead for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Lead the Finance stream of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Coordinate the general ledger, EPM and financial reporting leads
- Validate the functional design of financial processes
- Present progress and risks to the steering committee
- Oversee functional design documents and test plans
- Work in an IT environment based on Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM Cloud
PROFILE
- 10+ years of professional experience in corporate finance or ERP Finance
- Experience as a lead or senior consultant on 2+ ERP Finance deployments
- Mastery of Oracle Fusion Financials modules
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud
- Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams in transformation projects
- Strong understanding of accounting processes (consolidation, reporting)
- Ability to explain financial issues to various audiences
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- French required

- Piloter le volet Finance d'un progiciel de gestion intégré (ERP)
- Coordonner les responsables grand livre, EPM et rapports financiers
- Valider la conception fonctionnelle des processus financiers
- Présenter l'avancement et les risques au comité directeur
- Encadrer la rédaction des conceptions fonctionnelles et des plans de tests
- Œuvrer dans un environnement TI sur Oracle Fusion Financials et EPM Cloud
PROFIL
- 10+ années d'expérience professionnelle en finance ou en ERP Finance
- Expérience comme pilote ou consultant senior dans 2+ déploiements d'ERP Finance
- Maîtrise des modules Oracle Fusion Financials
- Connaissance approfondie d'Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud
- Expertise en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires en transformation
- Excellente compréhension des processus comptables (consolidation, reporting)
- Aisance à vulgariser les enjeux financiers auprès de divers auditoires
- Titre de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA) (atout)
- BAC en comptabilité, en finance ou en administration des affaires
